100% Semillon - Magnolia Vineyard, Vine Vale, Barossa Valley.
Dry farmed, organically farmed, single block of 1941 planted vines.  Soil: Deep alluvial granitic sands. Elevation: 320m. 12.6% Alc.

Tasting notes:  Aromas of lemon with a touch of lime, saline and white flower. Beautiful light lemony minerals threading through the palate with a slender waxy edge.  Nimble, fine and delicate with wonderful length and drive through the back palate.  The oyster shell and lemon/citrus notes are a perfect match for freshly shucked oysters.  A serious white wine that will age gracefully for a decade or two.
